DUSHANBE, April 17, 2013, Asia-Plus – Chinese company, Dongying Heli Investment & Development Co. Ltd, is reportedly interested in construction of an oil refinery in Tajikistan.
According to the press center of the Ministry of Energy and Industries (MoEI), this issue was raised at a meeting of top managers of this company met with Tajik Minister of Energy and Industries, Gul Sherali, in Dushanbe on April 17.
The oil refinery with a annual capacity of 1.2 million tons of oil is expected to be constructed in the territory of the Danghara Free Economic Zone (FEZ) in Khatlon province.
