DUSHANBE, September 6, 2013, Asia-Plus – Ceremony of signing a joint communiqué on setting up diplomatic relations between Tajikistan and Mozambique took place in New York on 5 September.
Information department of the Tajik Foreign Ministry reports that the joint communiqué was signed by Permanent Representative of Tajikistan in the UN, Sirajiddin Aslov, and Permanent Representative of Mozambique in the UN, Antonio Gumende.
After the signing ceremony, the ambassadors exchanged views on the issues of creation and further development of friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries, as well as on various issues on the UN agenda.
