DUSHANBE, February 27, 2013, Asia-Plus -- Deputy Dushanbe Mayor, Ms. Sanovbar Rahimova, handed over keys to a two-room apartment to parents of Tajikistan’s eight millionth resident today morning.

Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor’s office, says the first floor apartment, total space of 60.2 square meters, is located in a residential building in Dushanbe’s neighborhood # 83, Fedin Street.

We will recall that a baby girl that was born at Dushanbe’s maternity house # 3 in the morning of February 5 became the eight millionth resident of Tajikistan.

She is the first child in the family of 33-year-old Maysara Sharipova and 37-year-old Rahmonali Sharipov.  Happy parents named their daughter Sumaya.

The Dushanbe mayor’s office has donated a two-room apartment to Tajikistan’s eight millionth resident.  Besides, Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev ordered to open a bank account with 8,000 somoni in her name.
