DUSHANBE, June 6, 2011, Asia-Plus -- Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev paid a working visit to Moscow from June 2 to June 4 on invitation of his Moscow counterpart Sergey Sobyanin, Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor’s office said.
During his stay in Moscow, Ubaidulloyev met with the Moscow city government minister also chairman of the city''s department for foreign economic and international relations Sergey Cheremin and Moscow’s chief architect Alexander Kuzmin. Issues related to enlistment of the services of Moscow architects for implementation of the Dushanbe municipal redevelopment plan were the focus of the meetings.
On June 3, Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev met with Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin. The two discussed state and prospects of further expansion of cooperation between the capital cities of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation in different fields, the spokesman said.
