DUSHANBE, May 28, 2014, Asia-Plus /Avaz Yuldoshev/ -- As part of his official visit to Bahrain, Tajik President Emomali today attended a Tajikistan-Bahrain business forum.
According to the Tajik president’s official website, the meeting brought together more than 200 entrepreneurs from Tajikistan and Bahrain.
Speaking at the forum, the Tajik leader informed those present about the current legal and political situation in Tajikistan and called on Bahraini entrepreneurs to invest in Tajikistan’s economy.
For his part, Bahraini Minister of Industry and Commerce, Dr. Hassan Fakhro, reportedly noted that Bahraini entrepreneurs were ready to invest in Tajikistan’s sectors like energy, oil and gas extraction, agriculture, mining, tourism, and safe drinking water exports.
