DUSHANBE, June 9, 2015, Asia-Plus -- UN Secretary-General Ban Ki- moon arrived in Dushanbe today morning to attend the opening ceremony of the High-Level International Conference on the implementation of the International Decade, according to the Tajik MFA information department.
While in Tajikistan, Ban will also meet with President Emomali Rahmon and visit Lake Sarez.
