Dushanbe, October 20, Asia-Plus - An exclusive industrial exhibition of Iran will open in Dushanbe on October 26, according to Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI).
A source at a CCI said that the exhibition will be held in the fairground of 600 square meters assigned at the Kokhi Borbad State Complex in Dushanbe.
More than 40 companies of Iran will put on display their achievements in the production of building materials, prefabricated partitions, tile, concrete, ceramic, industrial machineries as well as technical and engineering consultancy services, consumer goods, equipment for small hydropower plants, home appliances, medical equipment, furniture, stationeries, pharmaceutics and relevant industries in the fair that runs through October 30.
The main objective of this exhibition staged by Mashhad International Exhibition Company in cooperation with Tajik CCI is to facilitate further expansion of economic cooperation between Tajikistan and Iran and increase Iran’s investments and exports to Tajikistan, according to the source. The Mashhad company will also arrange joint meetings between the two sides'' businessmen and visits to industrial and trade centers in Tajikistan
IRNA reports that according to the Mashhad company, increase of industrial units'' willingness to attend this year''s exhibition indicates that last year''s event was satisfactory because of the 100,000 visitors to Iran''s solo exhibition.
