DUSHANBE, February 21, Asia-Plus -- Showing of “The Heavens Above Berlin” by known German filmmaker Wim Wenders will be held at Bactria Culture Center in Dushanbe today.
The movie directed by Wenders in 1987 is part romance, part comedy, part meditation on matters political and philosophical posits a world haunted by invisible angels listening in to persons’ thoughts.
Tomorrow, an Art-Vault exhibition will be held at the center. Some 40 works by Tajik painters Ilyos Mahmadjonov, Bahrom Ismatov and Jamshed Kholiqov will be put on display at the exhibition.
