DUSHANBE, March 19, Asia-Plus -- A festival of Iranian cuisine will be held at Rohat Restaurant in Dushanbe on March 24.
The event is organized by the Iranian Embassy in Dushanbe on occasion of the Navrouz holiday.
Known Tajik researchers and culture figures as well as representatives from diplomatic missions accredited in Tajikistan have been invited to attend the event, a source at the Iranian Embassy said.
The source added that Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, Iranian Ambassador to Tajikistan Ali-Asghar Sherdoust and other Iranian guests would also attend the Iranian cuisine festival.
We will recall that Iranian Foreign Minister Mottaki heading a government delegation is arriving in Tajikistan to attend a tripartite meeting of foreign ministers of three Persian-speaking countries – Tajikistan, Iran and Afghanistan, which is scheduled for March 24-25.
