DUSHANBE, February 26, 2010, Asia-Plus -- Issues related to Tajik-Indian cultural cooperation were discussed yesterday at a meeting of Minister of Culture Mirzoshorukh Asrori with Indian Ambassador to Tajikistan Amar Sinha, according to the Ministry of Culture (MoC).
The source at a MoC said, “Participation of a Tajik delegation in the 24th International Festival in India, which took place from January 27 to February 20, was the focus of the meeting.”
It was noted at the meeting that Indian Women Association, which conducts various professional development trainings for women, is interested in cooperation with Tajikistan.
