DUSHANBE, December 12, Asia-Plus - A New Year’s tree, which is one of the most popular traditions associated with the celebration of New Year, has been set up on the central square of Dushanbe.
According to the Dushanbe public serves and utilities department, this 22-meter tall tree revolving round its axis will be decorated with New Year’s lights and ornaments within the next few days.
Before December 25, the New Year’s trees will be set up in all four districts of the city, according to the source.
