Austrian Kazakh business forum began its work in the Radisson Hotel, Kazinform reported.

Austrian Ambassador to Kazakhstan Ursula Faringer, heads of Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, Azat Peruashev Chairman of Kazakh National Economic Chamber Atameken Union, representatives of Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Trade and 170 companies from the two countries take part in the business forum.

According to the Union press service, the event aimed at familiarization of two countries businessmen with an investment climate of Austria and Kazakhstan, large producers and representatives of different sectors of economy, establishment of contacts and creation of joint enterprises.

Besides, it was planned to sign a memorandum of cooperation between Atameken Union and Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in the framework of this forum.
