An international photo exhibition entitled "Games 2008: Taste of Our Victories!" opened at President Hotel in Ashgabat on 20 October. The exhibition is dedicated to the 29th Olympic Games in China. It will last until 22 October.

The exhibition features more than 200 works made by photographers of leading international information agencies, the Turkmenistan.ru correspondent reports from Ashgabat. The exhibition has been organized by famous Russian company Mobile TelesyStems (MTS).

"The exhibition aims at supporting the implementation of Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov''s programme on development of physical culture and sports for the masses of people in Turkmenistan and popularization of healthy life style, especially among young people," said head of MTS office in Turkmenistan Dmitriy Shukov at the exhibition opening ceremony.
