Government of Uzbekistan together with the Fund of Reconstruction and Development and Arab company "Dubai holding" signed the Agreement about creating joint investment company "Uzemirateholding" October 22.

New company will be created under the patronage of Uzbekistan President Islam Karimov and Vice-President of UAE, Prime minister sheik Muhammad bin Rashid Al-Maktuma.

The authorized fund of this company will be US$ 1.25 billion, 80% will be provided by "Dubai holding", and 20%-Fund of Reconstruction and Development.
