A record breaking portion - over 33 kilograms of heroin was found at the Bishkek train station, press service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
The Wednesday, December 3, search operations by the drug control department resulted in arrest of the “GAZ-3110”, driven by K. Usmanov, 52, resident of Osh city. The criminal was held near the Bishkek Western train station. The car search revealed 101 plastic bags with 33 kilo 400 gram of heroin kept in the secret compartment under the rear fenders of the car.
The investigation is ongoing.
