On January 1 the signing ceremony of joint statement On Kazakh-German Agrarian and Political Dialogue and the Agreement On implementation of Kazakh -German Agrarian and Political Dialogue between GFA and KazAgroInnovatsiya took place in the context of International Green Week-2009 Exhibition in the Columbus Conference-hall of the exhibition complex.
Herd Muller, Parliament State-Secretary of the German Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection and Marat Orazayev, Deputy Agriculture Minister of Kazakh Republic opened the signing ceremony.
Agreement on dialogue implementation was signed in its turn, by the representatives of executive organizations: Aibyn Torekhanov, Vice-president of KazAgroInnovatsiya and Shefer-Kenert, Director General of GFA.
Nurlan Onzhanov, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Germany and Haller Leible, Honorary Consul of Kazakh Republic in Baden-Wurttemberg Land, including Heads of leading Kazakh enterprises of the agrarian sector: Anatoly Yuriyev, General Director of Akmola-Feniks and Vladimir Andryukhin, Director of Viktorovskoye.
Recognizing the potential of Kazakhstan Agriculture in its turn, Germany is interested in the expanding cooperation with Kazakhstan and promoting implementation of the project work in agricultural policy field.
Thus, the project contributes to dialogue development between Kazakhstan and Germany, involving Kazakhstan farmers into the work and global experience in agrarian policy sphere.
Institute of Complex and Economic Research in Agro-Industrial Complex is responsible for the event from Kazakhstan part which enters the KazAgroInnovatsiya State.
German and Kazakh parts will finance the project.
