Kazakhstan plans to cut the quote for labor force twice in 2009 in order to protect the domestic labor market, announced Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Kazakhstan Berdibek Saparbaev.
"In order to protect the domestic labor market, the quote for foreign labor force will be cut twice compared to last year," he said.
