A delegation of St. Petersburg businessmen led by deputy governor Roman Filimonov will offer the ministries and organizations of Turkmenistan a number of projects prepared by the Russian companies specifically for Turkmenistan. The projects propose the construction of modern road infrastructure, manufacturing and supply of equipment for power plants and railways. As the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reports, the delegation includes representatives of Yarovit, Revival, Raritet, Group Petroles holdings and others. The delegation will hold meetings at the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan with a view to establishing close scientific and educational contacts.
It should be recalled that the visit of St Petersburg delegation was agreed during the Turkmen President''s state visit to the Russian Federation during which Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited St. Petersburg and held talks with Governor Valentina Matvienko.
