The International Monetary Fund will grant Kyrgyzstan $25.5 million in form of credit tranche, the news agency ITAR-TASS reported with reference to press service of the fund.
The decision was made according to results of the first report on anti-crisis credit program, being implemented with financial support from the IMF in Bishkek.
The total cost of the 18 months program, approved in December, 2008 comes to about $102 million. Taking into account the decision made, amount of allocated finances has already reached $51 million.
