Russian-Kazakh Foreign Ministries'' consultations on OSCE, NATO-EU relations and other Europeans issues have been held on May 27, Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
Delegations of experts of the two countries have been headed by Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia - Alexander Grushko and Kazakshtan - Konstantin Zhigalov.
Preparation to the Kazakhstan OSCE chairmanship in 2010 have been discussed in details. The parties exchanged opinions on key issues on OSCE agenda. OSCE institutional reform necessity has been highlighted.
The parties exchanged opinions on way of strengthening European safety including implementation of Russian President''s initiative on development of legal agreement on European safety.
The parties informed each other on relations with NATO and EU. It was agreed to hold regular Russian-Kazakh consultations on European safety and cooperation.
