Kyrgyzstan has resumed the electric energy export to Kazakhstan since July 2, 2009, Ilias Davydov, Kyrgyz Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources Minister informed the press conference on Tuesday.
Export is implemented in amounts of 8 million kilowatt-hour per day. “Altogether our neighbor will be supplied with 543 million kilowatt at the price of 4.6 cent per kilowatt,” Davydov said.
