The administration of the Turkmen capital is to sign a contract with PWT Wasser-und Abwassertechnik GmbH (Germany) company for design and construction of engineering and communication systems totaling more than US $ 68,7 million in Archabil Avenue.

Works will begin this month. The first phase of construction should be completed in December 2010 and should be ready for operation with the completion of the 2nd phase in December 2011.
