Boxer Serdar Khudaiberdyev, student of the Turkmen National Institute of Sports and Tourism, has qualified to the quarterfinals of the World Cup in the Italian city of Milan. He is boxing in the weight category of up to 60 kg.
By the referee''s decision the Turkmen boxer was declared the winner of the bout against Ukrainian boxer Dmitry Bulenkov at the 24th second of the second round. At the beginning of the bout, the Ukrainian boxer''s cut on the bridge of the nose that he got in a previous encounter opened again, and the victory was awarded to S. Hudayberdiev.
