Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Masimov met with Russian Minister of Trade Victor Hristenko on Friday in Astana, reported the Prime Minister''s press service.
"The sides discussed questions of Kazakh-Russian bilateral trade and economic cooperation," said the press service.
Hristenko told about the results of the 13th session of the Kazakh-Russian intergovernmental commission for cooperation which took place in Astana.
Particularly, he said about agreements in sphere of the realization of industrial investment projects in fuel and energy and transport spheres.
During the meeting sides confirmed the willingness of Kazakhstan and Russia to continue the policy of strategic partnership.
The Kazakh Prime Minister assured that cooperation of governments of two countries created all conditions for further cooperation in sphere of trade and economy.
