According to the Kazakh national Bank Assets of the National Fund of Kazakhstan decreased 0.4% in October which made $23.7 billion.
This year assets shortened 13.69%. In January their volume was $27.5 billion and $23.8 billion in September. During the two previous months assets grew 3% in August and 2.6% in September
According to the Kazakh Ministry of Economy, the incomes to the National Fund are expected to be 1.192 trillion tenge. This includes the income of 1.190 trillion tenge from the oil sector and 2.3 billion tenge from sale of land by the government.
$10 billion from the National Fund was directed to the realization of the anti-crisis program and being invested into stabilization of the financial system, support of the residential development, support of small and medium business and the continuation of the realization of the program of industrial-innovative development of Kazakhstan.
Moreover, Nursultan Nazarbaev said that incomes from the material sector, which traditionally were charged to the National Fund, in 2009-2010 will be directed to the realization of the new plan of anti-crisis program. Totally this will be 600 billion tenge in addition to transfers from the National Fund which were allocated to the anti-crisis program earlier.
