"Uzbekneftegas" company and South Korean "DongHo ENC Co. Ltd" signed founding documents on establishment of the joint venture on production and assembly of electronic gas record-keeping equipment, Uzbek company''s press service reported.
Estimated production capacity of the joint venture is 100 thousand gas meters per year.
The venture will be put into operation in the first half of 2010.
Financing of the project in the value of US $5 million will be realized from means of "Uzbekneftegas" and Korean company.
