DUSHANBE, March 2, Asia-Plus - The “Komsomolskoye Ozero”, reservoir near which the world-class hotel will be built, will remain as a part of the Dushanbe Hyatt Regency Hotel, the “Russkiye Oteli” director general Stanislav Kapinos remarked at the news conference. 

“We will just improve this reservoir,” Mr. Kapinos said. 

He also expressed confidence that funds invested in this project (US$65 million) would be repaid in seven-ten years after the hotel is put into exploitation.
