DUSHANBE, May 22, Asia-Plus -- The heads of state guard services (formerly extra-agency services) from the member nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS; Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan) have gathered in the Tajik capital to discuss issues related to improvement of legal foundation for expansion of cooperation between the CIS state guard services.

Participants at the meeting also discussed further strengthening of ties between the CIS state guard services in improvement of management under the current economic conditions, exchange of experience and methods of organization of work in providing property security.
