DUSHANBE, September 18, Asia-Plus -- On Friday September 15, the Minister of Labor and Social Security Zokir Vazirov met in Dushanbe with visiting Mongolia’s Vice-Premier Meydsakhan Ensaykhan (phonetically spelled), press service of Tajikistan’s ministry of labor and social security reported.
A source in the labor ministry’s press service said the two discussed issues related to expansion of cooperation between Tajikistan and Mongolia in the social sphere. According to the source, Mongolian vice-premier noted that his country was ready to accept labor migrants from Tajikistan for seasonal work.
According to information from the Tajik ministry of labor and social security, at present some 50 labor migrants from Tajikistan are working in Mongolia.
