DUSHANBE, April 3, Asia-Plus -- Today, Tajik Education Minister, Abdujabbor Rahmonov, will meet with his Russian counterpart, Education and Science Minister Aleksandr Fursenko, to discuss cooperation issues.
Noilsho Nouraliyev, a spokesman for the ministry of education (MoE), said that the two are supposed to discuss a draft government-to-government agreement between Tajikistan and Russia on conditions of activity of lyceum at Russian-Tajik Slavic University (RTSU) in Dushanbe.
“The sides will discuss, in particular, issues related to study of Tajik citizens at this educational facility,” the spokesman said, noting the ministers will also consider the issues of raising professionalism of teachers of the Russian language and discuss activities of branches of Russian higher educational institutions in Tajikistan.
