DUSHANBE, April 12, Asia-Plus - Tajik, Turkish education ministers have signed a series of documents aimed at further expansion of cooperation between Tajikistan and Turkey in the field of cooperation.
The documents wee inked by Tajik Education Minister, Abdujabbor Rahmonov, and his Turkish counterpart, Hussein Celik, in Ankara on April 11.
Noilsho Nouraliyev, a spokesman for the Tajik education ministry, told Asia-Plus that Rahmonov and Celik had signed an agreement on recognition by Tajikistan of diplomas given by higher educational institutions of Turkey and recognition by Turkey of diplomas given by Tajikistan’s National University and Technical University.
Besides, the ministers signed agreements on raising professionalism of teachers and studying of Tajik students at higher educational institutions in Turkey.
