DUSHANBE, May 24, Asia-Plus - Three newly appointed ambassadors will present their credentials to President Emomali Rahmon within the next few days, according to Tajik MFA.
Qatari Ambassador to Tajikistan Hamad bin Ali bin Jabbar al-Hinzab (with residence in Islamabad, Pakistan) is arriving in Dushanbe today evening. He will present his credentials to President Rahmon tomorrow.
The MFA said that two other diplomats – Bangladeshi Ambassador Shamim Ahsan (with residence in Tehran, Iran) and Israeli Ambassador Ehud Gol (with residence in Jerusalem) – are expected to arrive in Dushanbe on May 26 and 29 respectively.
During their stay in Dushanbe, the three diplomats are scheduled to hold talks with senior representatives from some Tajik ministries and organizations as well as meet with heads of some diplomatic missions accredited in Tajikistan.
