DUSHANBE, June 25, Asia-Plus — Eleven new facilities will be put into operation in Dushanbe on June 25 and 26.
Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor, said that the events are timed to coincide with celebrations to mark Tajikistan’s Day of National Unity, which is marked on June 27.
A 16-story residential building on the Sino Street and the Asia Grant Hotel on the Tusunzoda Street will be officially opened today evening.
“An enterprise for stocking up crushed stone, a workshop for producing plastic goods, a reconstruct Park named after 800th anniversary of Moscow, a specialized workshop “Kislovodsk”, four five-story residential buildings on the Chekhov Street and a number of other facilities will be officially opened tomorrow,” the spokesman said, noting that a total amount of funds spent on construction of the mentioned facilities is 6,995,980 somonis.
