DUSHANBE, July 4, Asia-Plus — Issues related to participation of South Korea’s construction company, Good Living, in construction of residential buildings in Dushanbe were major topics of a meeting of Dushanbe Mayor Mahmadsaid Ubaidulloyev with the company’ president Sam Yaung Lee in Dushanbe on July 3.
Shavkat Saidov, a spokesman for the Dushanbe mayor, noted that during the meeting, the Good Living top manager had noted that his company has a good experience in construction of multi-story residential buildings outside Korea and it intends to participate in construction of such residential buildings in Dushanbe within the framework of the general plan for reconstruction of the Tajik capital city.
For his part, the Dushanbe mayor noted that municipal authorities are ready to support such investment project, the spokesman said.
“Good Living was proposed jointly with the relevant municipal services to select a site and conduct prospecting survey,” Saidov said.
