DUSHANBE, October 10, Asia-Plus -- Prospects of trade and economic cooperation between Tajikistan and Belarus were discussed at a meeting of Odil Sangov, the first deputy chairman of Tajikistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), with visiting representatives from Belarus’ Carpat Belaz Service (CBZ) in Dushanbe on October 9, the CCI press service said.
In the course of the talks the sides discussed issues related to Belarus company’s getting on the Tajik market.
They also considered the upcoming presentation of the limited liability company PamirTechService, CBS’s subsidiary in Tajikistan. This company will deal with after-sales service and repairs to trucks, buses and trailed machines manufactured by Belarus plants.
Staffers of PamirTechService have taken special training course for operating diagnostic and repair equipment delivered from Belarus.
The company Carpat Belaz Service is the official distributor of "BELARUSSIAN AUTOWORKS" (trade mark BELAZ) in Moldova, Romania and some other regions of the world. CBS provides direct sales and reliable technical support of BELAZ equipment to its customers. The company scope of technical and after-sale services of BELAZ equipment as well the delivery of full range of original spare parts and components directly from the stock in Romania. Currently the company is executing full service contracts with the customers of BELAZ equipment providing scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs.
In Tajikistan, CBS supplies equipment for construction of the Sangtuda-1 power plant and other facilities.
