DUSHANBE, November 15, Asia-Plus -- By president’s edict of November 9 a General Consulate of Tajikistan will be opened in Russia’s Yekaterinburg, presidential press service said.
The government is to consider and approve structure and staff list of the consulate and allocate necessary funds for maintaining it.
According to Tajik MFA, at present there is only a consulate department at the Tajik Embassy in Moscow.
In all, Tajikistan now has diplomatic missions in 18 countries across the world.
