DUSHANBE, February 16, Asia-Plus -- Media department of the OSCE Center in Dushanbe has announced a competition among Tajik print media for technical assistance.
Michael Unland, Media Officer at the OSCE Center, told journalists in Dushanbe on February 15 that the competition aims to promote development of business and financial viability of print media in Tajikistan.
According to him, registered independent newspapers with a circulation of not less than a 1,000 and having clear development plan may take part in the competition
