KHUJAND, November 10, 2008, Asia-Plus - A new newspaper has been brought out in the Sughd province.
A new advertising newspaper, entitled As Dast ba Dast (From Hand to Hand), was brought out in Sughd on November 8.
Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, the Az Dast ba Dast founder Nabiulloh Ehson said that the first edition of a 3,000 copies had been distributed among local population and entrepreneurs free of charge. “The newspaper will be distributed free of charge in the future as well,” Ehson stressed, noting that Az Dast ba Dast is the first independent informational-advertising-entertaining weekly in the province.
“Persons interested may post advertising materials and announcements in our newspaper at quite affordable prices,” the founder said.
The newspaper publishes materials both in Tajik and Russian languages.
