DUSHANBE, November 24, 2008, Asia-Plus -- Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babajan will visit Tajikistan on November 26-27, according to the Tajik MFA.
The main purpose of the visit is for the Turkish minister to prepare the upcoming state visit of Turkish President Abdullah Gul to Tajikistan, the source said.
During his stay in Dushanbe, Mr. Ali Babajan is scheduled to hold talks with his Tajik counterpart Hamrokhon Zarifi and President Emomali Rahmon.
Turkish minister will also visit Tajik National University, Tajik-Turkish Lyceum named after Hoji Kamol, Turkish Language Center TOMER, and Vefa Center in Dushanbe.
On Thursday, Mr. Ali Babjan is expected to visit the city of Qurghon Teppa, the capital of the Khatlon province.
