KHUJAND, December 12, 2008, Asia-Plus /Bakhtiyor Valiyev/ - The coal-extracting enterprise, limited liability company Koni Angishti Ghuzn, that was recently established in Kuhistoni Mastchoh district, Sughd province has produced the first 500 tons of coals, the Koni Angishti Ghuzn director Normuhammad Sharipov said in an interview with Asia-Plus.
According to him, six persons currently work with the enterprise and they have produced those 500 tons of coals since last September by old-world method, using shovels and picks.
“However, we plan to purchase equipment in order to increase coal productions,” Sharipov said, noting that those six persons work for the enterprise at an average monthly wage of 200 somoni.
