DUSHANBE, December 12, 2008, Asia-Plus -- A roundtable meeting to discuss possible effects of the global financial crisis on Tajikistan economy is being held in Dushanbe today.
Representatives of the country’s financial institutions, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Center for Strategic Studies, MPs and media have been invited to participate at the meeting that is initiated by Tajik Journalists’ Union and the News Agency Asia-Plus.
The main objective of the event is in raising the population awareness of the world financial crisis and its effects.
