DUSHANBE, June 2, 2009, Asia-Plus  -- Now, any citizen may directly apply to Defense Minister, Colonel-General Sherali Khairulloyev, by e-mail.

Speaking in an interview with Asia-Plus, Faridoun Mahmadaliyev, a chief spokesman for the Ministry of Defense (MoD), said that e-mail ( [email protected] ) for receiving citizens’ applications had been launched.  “Citizens may send their questions to the minister by this e-mail,” the spokesman said.

The message should contain full information about sender and return address.  “The ministry reserves the right to specify authenticity of information about the message sender as well as, in case of necessity, the message content,” Mahmadaliyev said.
