DUSHANBE, June 26, 2009, Asia-Plus -- On Thursday June 25, Chairman of Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Sharif Said met with Afghan Ambassador to Tajikistan Said Mohammad Khairkhah.
According to the CCI press service, an international exhibition, formally titled “Economic Development of Afghanistan,” was the focus of the meeting. The exhibition is expected to take place at the Kokhi Borbad State Complex in Dushanbe in August this year.
In the course of the talks, the two also discussed state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral economic and trade cooperation between Tajikistan an Afghanistan as well as the investment attraction issues.
