Tmur Bandishoyev, the head of the Somon Air press service, said the private air carriers intended to purchase two Boeing 737s.
The document was inked by Mr. Jamshed Rahmnberdiyev, the director general of Open Joint-Stock Company (OJSC) Somon Capital, and Ms. Martha Bentrot, Senior Vice-President of the Boeing Company.
Both aircraft will be assembled at the plant in Seattle and are expected to be ferried to Dushanbe in the fall of 2011, the Somon Air chief spokesman said.
