DUSHANBE, October 27, 2009, Asia-Plus -- Issues related to preparations for holding of an international industrial and trade exhibition in Dushanbe next spring were discussed at a meeting of Sharif Said, head of Tajikistan’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Sharif Said with Mahmut Er, general manager of Turkey’s exhibition company Silk Road, in Dushanbe on October 26, according to the CCI press service.
The exhibition is scheduled to take place in Dushanbe from March 16 to March 18 2010.
In the course of the talks, the sides underlined the importance of holding of exhibitions for expansion of economic cooperation and attraction of investments.
Sharif Said expressed confidence that the exhibition hope would promote rational and efficient use of Tajikistan’s potentials under conditions of the global financial crisis, the press service said.
