DUSHANBE, November 11, 2009, Asia-Plus -- Tajikistan and Azerbaijan have signed a plan of military cooperation for 2010.
The document was signed here today by Tajik Defense Minister Sherali Khairulloyev and his Azeri counterpart Safar Abiyev.
Faridoun Mahmadaliyev, a spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, told Asia-Plus that in the course of the talks, Khairulloyev and Abiyev had changed views on a broad range of issues being of mutual interest and discussed cooperation between Tajikistan and Azerbaijan both in bilateral forma and within international and regional organizations.
