DUSHANBE, December 9, 2009, Asia-Plus -- The CIS Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation (IFHC) has awarded a grant of 1 million somoni to the Ministry of Education of Tajikistan for translation and publication of textbooks for initial and secondary vocational training schools of the country, Minister of Education Abdujabbor Rahmonov said in an interview with Asia-Plus.
According to him, the Republican Training and Methodological Center at the Ministry of Education will be engaged in translation of the textbooks from Russian into Tajik and publication of them.
Founded on May 25, 2006, the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States is an interstate non-profit organization.
