Dushanbe. December 10. “Asia-Plus” -- The final conference on the “Improvement of potential through development of local communities and branches of the Red Crescent Society of Tajikistan” programme is taking place today in Dushanbe.

According to RCST PR Officer Saido Nazarov, representative of all branches of the RCST from all regions of the country are taking part in the event.

Talking about end-of-year results of the programme’s activity, conference participants have conducted a detailed analysis of such strategically important development issues as manpower management, financial management and fiscal accounting and reporting as well as tender procedures.

According to Nazarov, the participants have pointed out the most pressing problems and ways of their resolution.

It’s worth saying that the two-day conference will result in the development of a Local Branches Development Plan for 2010.
