DUSHANBE, May 21, 2010, Asia-Plus -- The 37th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Member States that took place in Dushanbe on May 18-20 has approved two resolutions offered by Tajikistan, Tajik Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi told reporters on May 20.
According to him, one of those resolutions is on use of transit reserves and opportunities of neighboring countries for reconstruction of Afghanistan’s economy and the other one is on rational use of water resources in the Muslim world, exchange of experience and information as well as strengthening of interaction in that direction.
The Tajik foreign minister expressed confidence that the Dushanbe session of the OIC CFM would serve strengthening of the Organization and rise in its prestige on international arena.
