DUSHANBE, July 17, 2010, Asia-Plus -- Taxpayers in Tajikistan now have an opportunity to review cards of personal accounts and verification acts, using a service offered by the Tax Committee – Taxpayer’s Private Office. The service is posted on Tax Committee’s website ( www.andoz.tj ).
The source at the Tax Committee says that to get access to this service taxpayer has to conclude a public offer with the Tax Committee; under the public offer, taxpayer gets login and password for access to the mentioned information.
“The service is still offered free of charge but subscriber’s fee at the rate of US1.00 to US$5.00 will be introduced in the future,” the source said.
According to him, Since July 14 when this service was announced, 11 enterprises have opened Private Offices.
To-date, 112,882 taxpayers have been registered in Tajikistan; 40,277 of them are legal entities and 72,605 are individual entrepreneurs, including 16,600 dehqon (peasant) farms, the source added.
